At Impactify, we stand behind the ability of our software & training to get you results when you spend the time studying and implementing what you learn. Because of this we simply ask that you give our program a fair attempt. Unless otherwise stated on the specific products sales page and order form all of our products, all Impactify purchases are 100% non-refundable to protect the criteria in the program. If any questions at all, please reach out to our support staff via [email protected] and will receive an answer in 48 hours during normal business hours of operations Monday-Friday. Again, the reasoning behind our non-refundable policy is due to the infringement of intelligence and material provided in our program. We have this guarantee to protect the value of our information and coaching. It's our responsibility to train you and coach you to the best of our efforts through our program. It is your responsibility to apply the learnings and coaching as we are here to provide a complete guide to grow your business.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the course or the consulting program you will not be able not be able to re-attend that call and it will count towards your allocated call slot.

We do not offer any cancellation of payment plans. Once you access the course trainings or attend your first call we will not offer any payment plan cancellations or refunds. The only condition under which a refund would be issued is if, despite the appropriate ad spend determined by our team, the number of clients signed falls below the guaranteed minimum based on your specific budget. If the actual client acquisition does not meet the expected outcomes for the given ad spend, a refund will be processed.

If you still wish to cancel services we can pause the payment plan until you are ready to resume services but we do not offer refunds.
